Brenna Pruss - VTA Assistant Director
Responsible for Clinics and Player Development - “Coach B” grew up in Dade City, FL and attended Wesley Chapel High School where she was a four-year standout on her varsity team. She was also a powerful player throughout her six years of club ball. In 2004, her years of dedication throughout high school and club led her to the Space Coast when she was awarded a volleyball scholarship with Division II Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne. She played as an outside hitter and graduated with a major in Psychology and a minor in Business Management. After graduation, she coached high school volleyball in Pasco County for three years and Brevard for one. Brenna began coaching with Volleytech Academy in February of 2016 and has been developing athletes through all programs offered through VTA ever since. She is passionate and excited to continue growing the club and its athletes.

Edwardo Fierro - U10 Mini Club Head Coach
Coach Fierro, known as coach Lalo was born in Mexico City. It was during his middle school years he developed a love for volleyball playing setter and libero for the school team. During high school he was involved in the IPN swimming and Basketball team. during those years, he started coaching private school teams and Teaching swimming at Centro Acuático Integral and Colegio Juan Jacobo Rousseau. He then was accepted in the Superior
Institute of Physical Education to become a PE teacher. He practiced as a PE teacher at some private elementary and middle schools. Coach Lalo moved to the US and due to a language barrier, only plaid adult level volleyball. Now that he is more comfortable, he has joined our VTA family and currently coaches our MINI club U10 team.

Grace Barnak - Assistant Coach 12U
Grace has been a volleyball athlete since the age of 10. She started playing competitively in Kansas as a 4th grader. After transitioning to Florida for middle school she continued playing year round in school and for clubs that competed in USAV and AAU Junior Volleyball. Grace is a 3 year Alumni of Volleytech Academy and a graduate of Melbourne Central Catholic High School as a Varsity Athlete. While at MCC, Grace earned the Scholar Athlete Award. After making the tough decision to turn down a fantastic offer to play at the college level here in Florida, Grace decided it was time to focus on her education and internship offers. Currently, she is at Eastern Florida State and working on her application for the Disney College Internship. Grace was named as a 2019 AAU Academic All American after participating in AAU Nationals in Orlando. She is excited to be coaching young athletes in the sport she loves!
