Hotel Info For Travel Stay to play
This season We are competing in Tournaments that are labeled, "Stay to Play" This means that For Each Stay to Play tournament we have to have at least 6 hotel rooms reserved to play in the tournament. I have scheduled us for these tournaments as they are "Grand Prix" status and if we have 16 teams in the tournament, and we place 1st, we will earn our AAU National entry fee for free!!!
I am asking families to please sign up for these rooms so we can fill our quota for the tournament.
almost all reservations made through the tournament can be cancelled up to 24-48 hours prior to the originally scheduled arrival date. Lastly, reservations can also be modified once schedules for the event are published if families would like to shorten their stays.
